I've had the same email address for over 30 years with Adams Cable Service, and now Blue Ridge can't offer me that address because their previous customer had the same name. This is what the echoes.net community will have to deal with. If you use your name for your emails and Blue Ridge customers have it first, you're going to get screwed. The only reason I haven't switched to another cable provider was for this reason. I didn't want the inconvenience of switching the last 30+ years of email service over to a new name. Welcome to Carbondale Blue Ridge. I'm sure I'm not alone on this one. Comment
