Brand new PRS Modern Eagle right out of the box!

I'm getting some questions from viewers not familiar with what's going on here. This is a high fret and should not be happening. Any notes played before this fret will either be dull or buzz out. the guitar has a few of them, but this is the worst out of them all. right were the money is... Hahaha...
