I've been using the Boss Katana Artist series amp for most of my gigs. It's just a nice "get the job done" kind of amp. I just recently upgraded to the MKII series and have to say the little improvements seem to make a big difference.

I use the amp in two different ways depending on the job at hand. The first way would be just using all the features inside the amp along with The GA-FC foot controller. I also just picked up the EV-30 expression controller and hope to use that alongside the GA-FC to control my delay/reverb and wah effects. The second way is using my pedalboard with the amp. This allows me to control the amp via midi and also insert some of my effects through the effects loop. I'll have bank A and bank B setup the same as far as the amps go but bank B will have no effects programmed on, that way I get all my effects from the pedalboard. The second way is kind of defeating the purpose of the amp in general but it gives me total control and familiarity with my big system.
